Sugar Cookies
1 c butter
1 c oil
2 eggs
1 c powdered sugar
1 c granulated sugar
4 c plus 4 heaping T flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp vanilla
Cream together butter, oil, eggs and sugars until light. Add flour,
salt, soda, cream of tartar and vanilla.
Mix well. Roll into balls (walnut sized) and arrange on cookie
sheet. Press down with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake 10
min. at 375 degrees.
