Roll-Out Sugar Cookies
3/4 cup softened margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla (or vanilla and almond combination)
2 3 /4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Combine margarine and sugar and beat well. Add eggs and vanilla.
Add and beat: cup flour, baking powder, and salt. Chill for at
least 1 hour. Roll out in small amounts . Bake on greased cookie
sheet in 375o oven for 8-10 min.
