SUGAR COOKIE (ROLL-OUT) RECIPE
2/3 cup shortening
3/4 cup granulated. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
4 tsp milk
2 cup sifted flour
1 1/2 baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Combine shortening granulated. sugar and vanilla Add egg and beat
until fluffy. Stir in milk, sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
Divide in half. Chill 1 hour. Roll out and place on greased cookie
sheet 375 for 6-8 min.
