1/2 c butter
1/2 c shortening
1 c sugar
3 eggs
3 1/3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Cream togather butter, shortening, and sugar. Add eggs and blend
well. sift together the flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
Add flour mixture gradually to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Run
through the cookie press. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle
with sugar. Bake at 425 degree for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy.
