SEARCH RECIPES: LOCATION: Recipes >> Cookie Recipes >> Wheat Crackers    Wheat Crackers Sesame Wheat Crackers 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 Tbs wheat germ 3 Tbs toasted sesame seeds 1 tsp molasses 7/8 cup milk 1/2 cup vegetable oil Combine flours, wheat germ and sesame seeds. In a separate bowl, combine molasses, milk and oil. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Divide the dough in half. Roll each half out on a greased standard cookie sheet. A few tips: oil your pans well, don't cut the cracker all the way through (they'll break apart later), and poke each cracker all the way through with a fork a couple of times or else it will bubble. Also, salt is crucial or else they're fairly bland. If your oven unevenly cooks the cracker will very significantly in doneness.
