Taste just like Almond Joy- great bars!, January 9, 2004 - 01:11 PM
Reviewer: T. Iverson from Minneapolis, MN USA
I made these bars & got rave reviews from folks who said they taste just like almond joy candy bars. Bars are moist, gooey, & fairly easy to make-well worth the effort. I ran out of unsweetened choc. & used melted choc. chips for frosting (1 cup, same amount of butter, cut milk to 2 Tbsp.) and it worked well. I will definetely make these bars again- they're a winner!
