Reviewer: Dana from Bloomington, IN These biscotti were simple to prepare and taste amazing. I made them (as well as several other types) over the holidays and these were by far my favorite. They have an interesting flavor (not bad interesting, but GOOD interesting) and the black papper adds another dimension. The texture is absolutely perfect--a perfect crumb and the right amount of hardness. Sprinkling sesame seeds on top make them more beautiful. The deep aubergine color is perfect as well. I considered adding a little whole wheat flour, but never tried it. They're also not that unhealthy! Was this review helpful to you? Yes No
