Cappuccino Biscotti

2 cups flour
2 envelopes maxwell house cafe decaffeinated cappuccino, vanilla flavor
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup (i stick) butter or margarine,softened
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Heat oven to 325F.

Mix flour, cappuccino, baking powder and salt.

Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl with electric
mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gradually beat in flour
mixture. Stir in nuts.

Divide dough into 2 equal portions; shape into 2 (14-inch) logs on
lightly floured surface. Place 2 inches apart on greased and
floured cookie sheet.

Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned . remove from cookie
sheet. Cool 5 minutes. Cut logs diagonally into 3/4 -inches
slices. Place on cookie sheet 1/2 inch apart. Bake 10 minutes or
until slightly dry. Makes about 2 dozen.
