Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies

Makes 9-12
1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky) 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup self-rising flour 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat peanut butter, brown sugar and butter together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in vanilla. Beat in flour, gradually. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly into a 8" square baking pan that has been coated with nonstick baking spray. Bake 45-50 minutes at 300 degrees. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
