Caramel Zucchini Bars

3 eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. almond extract

2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. grated zucchini

Combine eggs, sugar, oil, orange juice and almond extract. Add
flour, cinnamon, baking powder, soda, salt, cloves and succhini.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes in jelly roll pan. After done, cool
for 10 minutes.


Frosting

1 c. brown sugar
1 stick oleo
1/4 c. milk

Cook until boils and let boil 2 minutes. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Cool
till luke warm and add 2 c. powdered sugar. Frost the bars
