CARAMEL CHOCOLATE SLICE

1 cup self raising flour
1 cup coconut
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
125g butter, melted

400g can condensed milk
30g butter
2 Tbs golden syrup

125g dark chocolate, chopped
30g butter

Grease a 20cm by 30cm Swiss roll tin. Combine sifted flour, coconut
and sugar in a bowl, add butter and stir until combined. Press
the mixture over base of the Swiss roll tin. Bake in moderate oven
15 minutes or until browned lightly. Pour the hot filling over
hot base and return to the oven for about 8 minutes, Cool. Spread
warm topping over top, stand at room temperature until set.

Filling: Combine condensed milk, butter and golden syrup in a pan,
stir over low heat until just combined.

Topping: Combine chocolate and butter in a pan, stir over low heat
until smooth.
