Lemon Slice
1 packet Marie Biscuits, crushed finely (Plain digestive biscuits)
2/3 Cup melted butter
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
Icing
2/3 Cup icing sugar
1 Tbsp melted butter
2-3 tsp hot water
lemon juice
Mix the ingredients for the base together and push into a greased
30cm x 25cm tin. Mix the icing ingredients together and pour over
the base. Top with a little extra coconut. Refrigerate until
icing has set. Cut up and eat.
