Lemon Bars
2 eggs
1 package lemon cake mix
1 can lemon pie filling
Combine the ingredients and spread into a greased jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes.
Cool before frosting.
Frosting: Use a ready-to-spread cream cheese frosting.
These are so easy to make and are delicious! I have taken them to many potlucks and they are a hit. I never have any leftovers to bring home, much to the dismay of my family!
