M & M Chocolate Chip Pan Cookies
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 teasoon vanilla
1 3/4 cup M&M's
Preheat oven to 375F. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda
and salt; set aside. In large mixing bowl, cream together butter
and sugars until light and fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla.
Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in M&M's. Spread into
lightly greased 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 1" jelly roll pan. Bake at
375F for 18-22 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into 35
2-inch squares.
