SEARCH RECIPES: LOCATION: Recipes >> Cookies Bar >> Oatmeal Scotchies    Oatmeal Scotchies Oatmeal Scotchies Pan Cookies 1 C flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 3 C oats 3/4 C white sugar 3/4 C brown sugar 12 oz package butterscotch chips 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 C butter or margarine Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Gradually add dry ingredients. Stir in oats and chips. Spread into greased 10 X 15 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
