Peanut Butter Fingers
1/4 lb butter
1/4 lb white sugar
1/4 lb brown sugar
1 egg
4 oz peanut butter
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 lb flour
1 cup oatmeal
Blend sugar, egg, shortening until creamy. Blend in other ingredients.
Spread evenly in pan. Bake at 350 degrees. Frost.
Frosting
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 T cocoa
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 T milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Heat milk and peanut butter, add to dry ingredients.
