PEANUT CRUNCH

5 ozs butter
2 Tbsp golden syrup
1 cup cornflakes
1 cup coconut
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour

Melt butter and syrup and add to all other ingredients and mix
well. Press into a swiss roll tin. Bake at 300 - 350 F 15 minutes.

Ice while still warm with 2 Tbs butter 1 Tbsp golden syrup and 3/4
cup icing sugar.
