Pumpkin Pie Squares
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup butter
4 cups pumpkin
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2 13-oz cans evaporated milk
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
Combine and mix crust ingredients until crumbly. Press firmly into
a 13x9" pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350. Combine filling
ingredients and beat well. Pour into prepared crust and bake again
45 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
