Scotch Teas

1/2 cup butter; or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Combine butter and sugar in saucepan; cook and stir till butter
melts. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased
8x8x2-inch baking pan. Bake in 350\xbaF oven 20-25 minutes. Cool;
cut into bars. Makes 2 dozen.

I love Scotch Teas. My mom used to make them when I was younger and now I make them. If you haven't tried them, go ahead.
