Shortbread 19

Whipped Shortbread
1 lb butter (or margarine)
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup corn starch
3 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
Beat all together to a consistancy of whipped cream. Either drop
from spoon on greased cookie sheet, or roll out on a pastry sheet,
Cut into forms.
Bake 15 minutes in a 350 degrees oven. Makes about 48 cookies
