Blond Brownies
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
4 oz butter
1 cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 350F. Cream together butter and sugar, add eggs
one at a time, beating well. Add all other ingredients to combine.
Pour into prepared 9 x 13 pan and bake for 25 minutes. Do not
overbake.
