Hershey's Chocolate Factory Brownies

1 stick butter or margarine, softened
4 eggs
16 oz. can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 cup flour

6 tablespoons butter or margarine
6 tablespoons milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
chopped nuts, optional

Beat butter till fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after
each addition, till fluffy. Add syrup and flour; beat until well
mixed. Bake at 350F for 30 - 35 minutes. Cool, then frost.

Frosting: Heat butter, milk, and sugar in saucepan until boiling;
boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and beat in chocolate chips until
icing begins to harden.

Note: You can add nuts to the brownie batter and also to the
frosting, if desired.
