Do Si Do Brownies
1/2 cup butter
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups marshmallows
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup crushed do si do cookies
1/2 cup butter
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Sift
together flour and cocoa; add to butter mixture gradually until
blended. Add peanuts and vanilla. Spread into greased and floured
9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30 - 35 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix
together marshmallows, peanut butter chips and crushed do-si-do
cookies. Sprinkle over hot brownies. Bake 10 more minutes. Make
icing. Melt butter. Sift cocoa and powdered sugar together; add
butter. Stir in milk and peanuts. Cool brownies completely and ice.
