Baked Apples
3 medium baking apples, washed and cored
1 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup water
Place apples in crockette. Mix raisins and sugar; fill center of
apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Cover and
cook for 7-9 hours.
