CONGRESSIONAL BEAN SOUP (CROCKPOT)
Yield: 6 servings
1 lb small white beans
8 cups water
2 cups ham, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 c celery, chopped
2 tb parsley, chopped
1 ts salt
1/4 ts pepper
1 bay leaf
Assemble ingredients in Slow Cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-10
hours or until beans are tender.
