4 potatoes, cubed
beef stew meat
1 1/2 cups spicy V8 juice
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons celery flakes
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 Tablespoon crushed red pepper
1/2 green pepper, chopped
shredded carrots
potatoes (optional)
1 bay leaf
1/3 cup minute tapioca
salt
pepper
Cook on high long enough to get heat up and then on low for about
6-8 hours.
