Beef With Ravoli Dumplings

3 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 pound beef stew meat cubed small
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 c chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 (10oz) pkg frozen peas
1 (15oz) can beef ravoli in sauce
2 tbsp snipped parsley

In plastic bag combine flour, salt and pepper.Add beef cubes, a
few at a time and shake to coat. In skillet brown meat quickly in
hot oil. Add onion, garlic and oregano. Cook until onion is tender
but not brown. Transfer to crock-pot. Add 1 cup water. Cover and
cook on Low heat for 8 - 10 hours.

Turn cooker to high setting. In strainer rinse peas under hot water
to separate; stir into beef mixture with ravoli and parsley. Cover
and cook until heated through - about 30 minutes longer.
