Bourbon Chicken 02

Drunk Chicken
1/2 cup bourbon
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ginger (powder)
1/2 cup orange juice
2 TBS corn syrup (or honey)
4 med size chicken breasts
Marinate chicken in all ingredients in a covered bowl overnight.
Place in crockpot, add 1/2 cup water and cook until chicken is
done.
Or bake the chicken.
