Chinese Cashew Tuna
Yield: 4 Servings

7 oz tuna in water, drain/flake
1 c celery, diced
1/2 c onions, minced
3 tb margarine
1 cn cream of mushroom soup
16 oz can bean sprouts, drained
1 tb soy sauce
1 c cashews, coarsely chopped
1 cn chow mein noodles

Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles in Crock-Pot, stir
well. Cover and cook on Low setting for 4 to 9 hours. Serve over
chow mein noodles.

This sounds very good, but I need to know from an experienced cook if the cashews are salted or unsalted. I guess the safest way is to use unsalted.
