Cheese Dip Recipe
1/2 c Monterrey jack cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. milk
1/4 c. each minced jalapenos and onions
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 TB flour
Saute onions and jalapenos in 1 TB olive oil until translucent.
Melt butter in pan and add flour. Stir to make a paste..do not burn
only lightly brown. Remove from heat. Add milk and stir constantly
until smooth. Add onions and jalapenos along with cheese and salt
and pepper. Stir over low-med heat until cheese is melted. Linda
