Rainy Day Chili
1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 large onion, diced
4-5 cloves garlic minced
4 15-oz cans tomato sauce
4 15-oz cans cut tomatoes
15-oz can chili beans
15-oz can kidney beans
15-oz can picante beans
salt
pepper
chili powder
Open all the cans and put contents into the crock pot. Add one
can water.
Brown the ground beef, pour into crock pot. Saute onions and garlic
in a little oil, pour into crock pot; stir, and cook on high heat
about 2-3 hours, then lower to low heat for 4-6 hours.
