Chili Con Carne
1 pound lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 8-oz cans tomato sauce
2 16-oz cans kidney or pinto beans, drained
In skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain. In slow-cooking
pot, combine beef and onion, salt, chili powder, bay leaf,
Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and kidney or pinto beans.
Cover and cook on High for 2 to 3 hours. Remove bay leaf.
