Cola Roast
beef roast
garlic salt
cola to cover roast
salt
pepper
3 T. cooking oil
1 to 1 1/2 cups ketchup
Salt, pepper and garlic salt roast well. Sear roast on all sides
in oil. Remove from pan, drain excess fat and place in crock pot.
Pour Coke and ketchup over roast to cover. Cook on low all day.
