Ham shank or your favorite kind of ham, better with bone in hams
1 can of pineapple any style (chunked, crushed,or tidbits)with juice
1/2 to 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

Put pineapple the whole can even the juice, and brown sugar in crock pot mix, place ham on top of mixture, cover crock pot with two layers of foil tightly, set pot on high.

Cook over night or for 6 to 8 hours.

Uncover and remove ham, meat will be very tender, remove meat from the bone put back in crock pot.

If you want you can remove some of the broth place in a pan and thicken it with 2Tablespoons of corn starch and enough water to make stirable, pour in broth and bring to a boil until it thickens pour over the ham and keep warm in crock pot ( set crock pot on warm setting and serve.
