Reviewer: K from Watertown, WI This Italian beef is incredibly easy and so good! I bought a three pound roast, so of course I used only one of each packaged item and one can of broth. I also had run out of green pepper and substituted about 6-7 mild Jalapeno slices. I didn't want to get up at 2:00 a.m., so to time things right, I set the slow cooker on 10 hours and it cooked all night. DELICIOUS! Thank you for a great recipe! Was this review helpful to you?
