Leek Casserole
Yield: 12 Servings

2 bunches leeks, washed and chopped
4 medium red or white potatos
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
8 oz shiitake or morel mushrooms, chopped
1 can whole blue lake green beans or equivalent fresh
4 dashes Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce
1 teaspon white pepper

Chop all veggies roughly and add to crockpot. Now add all the
cans, adding additional water (including liquid from green beans)
to cover.

Add the mushrooms. Add the rest and mix, then set on low for 6
hours.
