MAGIC MEATLOAF (Crockpot)
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c chopped onions
1 c. milk
6-8 potatoes, cut up
1 egg
1 packet gravy mix
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cracker crumbs
May use 8 ounce can tomato sauce (instead of milk and gravy).
Mix meatloaf ingredients - shape into loaf and put potatoes on
side. Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours.
VARIATION: Put 1/2 of the tomato sauce into the meatloaf, pour the
rest over the loaf.
