Meal Loafies (Baby Beefies)
1 egg
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 slices soft bread, torn into pieces
1 c. milk
1/4 - 1/2 cup onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1-2 carrots shredded
Mix up ingredients then fill a 1/2 cup full of meat loaf mixture
and shape into a small loaf. Place on pan or in muffin pan. Put
catsup or bbq sauce on top of loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes.
I did this in the crockpot with making the meat loaves ahead of
time and freezing them putting them on top of plastic wrap. I
thawed them a little in the microwave and them put them in the
crockpot on high for about 5 hours. Maybe on low would work better
(a couple were a little dry).
