Crockpot Spaghetti Sauce
3 lbs mild Italian sausage links
water
1 large onion, sliced
1 large green pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
48 ounces spaghetti sauce
Simmer sausages in water to cook; drain and slice thin. Place
sausage in crockpot; add onion, pepper and garlic. Pour spaghetti
sauce over all. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over pasta.
