Peach Butter 02

CROCK POT PEACH BUTTER
6 c unsweetened peaches
3 c white sugar
1 1/2 c apricot nectar
2 tbsp orange or lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
Put peaches through food mill or food processor. Mix all ingredients
together well and put in crock pot. Bring to a good boil, uncover
and boil until thick or 4 hours, high or low to keep it boiling.
When it boils, remove cover.
