Crockpot Pot Roast (serves 8)
2 to 3-lb. beef roast
3 or 4 carrots, sliced
2 or 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1 or 2 onions, peeled and cut into chunks
1 pkg. mushroom-onion soup mix
Place vegetables in bottom of crockpot. Put meat on top and pour
soup over all. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours, or on high 4 to 6 hours.
