1 frozen beef roast (or your choice of meat) to fit in crockpot.
1 cup black coffee
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Place all into crockpot, and place on high for first hour or two,
then on low for 6-8 hours longer. Serve with potatoes, and a salad.
(Actually, I keep mine on high for 4 hours, and it's done, but then
I usually keep it on low until we get home and are ready to eat.
