Pot Roast
Serves 8

4 lb boneless pot roast
8 medium whole carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 Pkg dry onion soup mix
salt
1 tsp thyme
black pepper
8 small potatoes, peeled

Place roast in crockpot. Mix dry soup mix, thyme and canned soup.
Pour over beef. Layer vegetables over. Drizzle with wine. Season
to taste. Cover. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
