Sauerkraut Sausage 03

Polish Sausage and Kraut
2 lbs Polish (smoked) sausage cut into about three inch pieces
1 package sauerkraut, well drained
1 onion, diced
half head cabbage
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs caraway seeds, or more
splash of Champagne, white wine, or water
Put all ingredients into a crockpot in the morning and cook on low
until dinner time (about 6 to 8 hours). Serve with mashed potatoes
and you have a very nice Polish meal.
