Spanish Chicken

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 small can tomato paste
12 oz. can beer
1 jar green olives w/pimentos, juice reserved
1 small white onion, sliced, ringed separated
1 bay leaf
garlic powder
salt
pepper

Put chicken in crockpot. Pour the beer and tomato paste in a bowl
and whisk together. Pour mixture over chicken, add olives and juice.
Spread onions over top. Season with garlic, salt and Pepper to
taste. Make sure bay leaf is close to the chicken.

On High it should take about 5 Hours (or until tender). Serve over
white rice .
