Crockpot Spanish Rice
Yield: 6 servings
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, minced
2 tomatoes, peeled, quartered
15 oz tomato Sauce
1 1/2 c water
2 ts chili powder
2 ts Worchestershire sauce
1 1/2 ts garlic powder
3/4 c brown rice
2 tb salsa
Stir all ingredients together. Cover and cook on low 7-10 hours.
