Stuffed Peppers

1/2 pound ground beef, lean, browned
5 green bell peppers
1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz
1/2 cup rice, cooked
dash garlic salt
salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook rice. Brown ground beef with a little onion powder, drain
well. In medium bowl, combine rice, beef, tomato sauce, garlic
powder, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Thinly cut off tops
of peppers, remove seeds and membranes; rinse. Fill peppers 2/3-3/4
full, arrange in crockpot. Add 3 tablespoons water to bottom of
crockpot. Cook on HIGH for 3 hours. (LOW 7 hours) Add mozzarella
cheese during the last half hour.
