Crock Pot Dressing
1 cup margarine
1 3/4 cups chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp thyme
2 small cans mushrooms or 1 container oysters
2 beaten eggs
12 cups bread crumbs
4 1/2 cups broth
Saute celery and onion in butter, then pour over the bread. Add
seasonings and mix well. Add the broth then the eggs. Mix Well
Cook in Crock Pot on High for 50 min or Low for 5 - 8 hours.
