TACO SOUP

1 1/2 to 2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped

2 29-oz cans tomato sauce
1 large can tomatoes (break up into smaller pieces)
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 to 1-1/2 cans (29 oz) water
1 package taco seasoning

tortilla chips
grated cheese
avocado slices

Fry ground beef with onion. When onion is tender and ground beef
is done, drain well and put in a crockpot.

Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, kidney beans, water and taco seasoning.

Mix well and cook apprx 4 hours on low.

To serve, put tortilla chips in bottom of bowl. Ladle soup over.
Garnish with grated cheese and avocado slices.
