1 onion, course chop
2 celery stalk w/ leaves, cut into 4" length
3 carrots, chunks
2 turkey wings
3 cloves garlic green-leaf lettuce
small handful fresh sage leaves
In 2 QT crock pot, layer onions, carrot, sage. Pack turkey wings
on top of veggies. Add seasonings. Cover with lettuce. Add about
1 1/2 cups water. Cook on high for 1 hour and then low for 7 hours.
Strain stock. Add more salt to taste.
